Peter is a member of the Cumbria Woodturners Association. He has a website with a gallery of his work and some details about himself and what he does.

Sadly I was unable to be at the demonstration, being on holiday in the Lake District with my family. Gordon was also on holiday, so I am afraid I do not have any photos of the evening. Does anyone else have any they could pass on?

I understand that Peter demonstrated making stems for wine glasses. Here is a brief description from his website.

Wine Set -

A demonstration that produces a ‘Wine Set’ including a Bottle Stopper, a Wine Coaster, a Tray and a glass with a wooden stem and glass top.

This demonstration usually lasts about ¾ of a full day. An evening demonstration would be quite feasible without the tray.
